01Eligibility & Participation
Participants must be at least **18 years of age**. By using Fours & Sixers, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that participation in "Games of Skill" is legal in your jurisdiction.
INDIA RESIDENTS
Excluding residents of Nagaland, Sikkim, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana where local laws may restrict skill-based gaming with prizes.
US/UK/GLOBAL
This is a free-to-play platform. **NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.** Winnings are awarded based solely on skill and knowledge.
02Game of Skill Definition
Fours & Sixers is a **Skill-Based Platform**. Winners are determined by their knowledge of cricket, statistical analysis, and predictive accuracy. Outcome is not determined by chance. Users are evaluated based on their performance in quizzes and match-based predictions.
Anti-Fraud & Fair Play
To maintain the integrity of the leaderboard, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Creation of multiple accounts by a single user.
- Use of VPNs, proxies, or IP-masking to bypass regional restrictions.
- Exploiting "referral" loops via disposable email addresses.
- Automated scripts or bots to participate in quizzes.
Violation of these rules results in immediate forfeiture of all points and a permanent IP-level ban.
03Prize Distribution & Taxes
Prizes are distributed as digital vouchers or direct transfers (UPI/Paypal/Amazon) within 48-72 hours of match settlement.
- • Verification of Government ID may be required for grand prize winners.
- • **Tax Liability:** Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to prizes in their respective countries.
04Limitation of Liability
Fours & Sixers provides match data "as-is." We are not responsible for technical errors, API delays, or incorrect match scoring provided by third-party data sources. In no event shall Fours & Sixers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
